Managing Director

Vynfred has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure and software development, having co-founded two previous successful businesses.

His first company specialized in developing telecommunication software for multinational companies, ranging from business process outsourcing (BPO), contact centres, financial institutions, fast consumer goods and warehouse logistics. Vynfred has a B.S. in computer science.

Vynfred founded Superrige with Paul in 2017 and carried on this experience in hybrid workspace and collaboration. Vynfred is committed to continue guiding Superrige to ever greater heights, expanding the team with the right skillsets and mentoring.

Paul has 15 years of technical solutions sales and business development experience from working with several start-ups that he helped grow into large businesses.

He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering. Paul has been involved in cabling, networking, data and storage, ELV-related products and implementation services for over 15 years.

He has held sales and management positions ranging from pre and post-sale implementation to senior leadership roles in various organizations, both local and multinational.

Paul founded Superrige in 2017 with Vynfred to offer quality professional services to clients in helping them address their business requirements, improvements, and implementation issues, especially in the deployment of networking solutions in the proper manner for maximum impact and effectiveness.

He has established close working relationships with various technology principals over the years and has managed to solidify Superrige’s position as their preferred services partner.

Project Director

Peter has more than 20 years of experience in managing internal IT projects of varying degrees of complexity, size and cost.

He spent the initial part of his career in Bosch, understanding and learning the business requirements and needs, IT networking, storage, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity projects, first as a solution delivery consultant and later as an IT manager.

He has since taken on numerous project management roles in various organizations, implementing and managing medium- to large-scale IT integration projects in Malaysia, coordinating various tasks ranging from initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and control to successful closure of projects.

Melinda runs Superrige’s overall finance and operations, as well as drives strategic and tactical direction for the company. She also leads business development and marketing activities.

Melinda has spent years of her working in large multinational companies taking care of Fortune 500 companies on their business requirements and needs.

Melinda has been involved in end point-related services and hybrid word solutions for over 17 years. Her end point experience spans multiple domains such as server, storage and software development.

She has held positions ranging from business development, market development and brand marketing to senior leadership roles in various organizations, both local and multinational.
